ImpactHRD is a new community interest company commenced in April 2025. We are a systems informed leadership partner that aims to strengthen the infrastructure of social purpose organisations- equipping leaders to navigate complexity, deliver social impact, and build collective capacity across sectors. We support leaders and organisations to unlock their potential and deliver greater impact where it matters most- serving people and communities. Nicholas Clarke PhD, Director, has over 25 years experience of designing, delivering and evaluating leadership development and training both in academic roles and on a consultancy basis. As well as designing and delivering executive education programmes (including MBA) in academia.

Our mission is to provide affordable leadership development and evaluation services targeted specifically to social purpose and grass-roots organisations. Our profits are channelled into providing subsidised leadership development for small grass roots organisations
