Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

This statement was last updated on 16 September 2025.

We at ImpactHRD are working to make our site ImpactHRD.org accessible to people with disabilities.

ImpactHRD places equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of what we do. As a community interest company we are committed to ensuring all sections of our communities are represented and their voices heard to shape leadership with social purpose. We believe that a systems approach to leadership has mutual respect, integrity and social justice as core conditions and we work hard to ensure that these values permeate through everything we do. Some of the ways we do this are to

  • Ensure the leadership training and development we deliver gives marginalised voices space to define what leadership means to them

  • Provide learning materials on our training courses that are representative of the communities we serve

  • Recognise individuals will have differing learning styles and approaches and meet these differing needs through how our leadership training is organised and facilitated

  • Value lived experience alongside models and theoretical insights on leadership as equally important

  • Design evaluation methodologies that are appropriate for the nature of the inquiry recognising that no methodology is superior to any other
